Samba drumming is great fun and easy to learn!

Slick Stick Sambastic are always on the lookout for new members. You don't need any previous experience and you won't have to read any music, but a little rhythm is definitely required!

You also have to be aged 18+ to join the main band (although we are soon setting up a youth band - please call for details).

We rehearse in the Music Building at the University of Huddersfield on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm - 9.30pm.

Each session costs £4.00 or £2.50 (concessions). There's also a discount if you wish to pay for a block of sessions in advance.

All instruments are provided, and earplugs are available for purchase at the rehearsal (it's not that we sound bad - we're just VERY LOUD!)
